How to Claim:

1. Email info@girlsdujour.shop with:

• Order number

• Photos or video of the defect

• Short description of the issue

2. Galuxia will review your claim.

3. If approved, you will receive either:

• A replacement product, or

• Store credit

• Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from GirlsDuJour.

Warranty is void if the product is modified, misused, or damaged intentionally.
